Taking it outdoors~ Part 1: Goldie Bush

I think to a lot of people, exercising seems so daunting because they think of things like going to the gym, running or any other intense cardio. But in reality, it can be as simple as taking a 20 minute stroll outdoors.

I’m going to start a series of different walks I have done, to show you how exercising, can also be a way to see so much more than the gym walls!

Today, a few of my friends and I decided we would go and complete the three and half hour circuit of ‘The Goldie Bush Walkway’.

There was alotย of mud, which meant some hilarious falls to watch! River crossings, knee deep were a surprisingly refreshing part of the walk.. But of course, my favourite part as always was the amazing scenery around us! We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful country!

The track we took was for experienced trampers, however there was also a simple track you could take, which lead you to both the waterfall and bridge, if mud and river crossings don’t quite appeal to you ๐Ÿ˜›

This track though challenging, was entirely worth it because of the beautiful native New Zealand bush and incredible waterfalls we were surrounded by the entire time.

I highly recommend getting yourself into nature, and walking the Goldie Track. And if you feel adventurous, take the harder route, it’s worth it! ๐Ÿ™‚
