As a vegetarian who doesn’t like many vegetables, smoothies and juices are my go to for disguising tastes I’m not so fond of, with tastes I am 100% in love with!
Though it doesn’t look it, this smoothie is actually super delicious and full of some benefit reaping superfoods!
So as promised here is my favourite green smoothie recipe 🙂
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Mango (I use frozen)
- 3/4 cup kale
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina
- Add all ingredients to a blender, I use my nutri ninja on ultra blend to get a really smooth consistency with no chunky pieces of kale!
- Poor into desired glass and serve!
