Banana Pancakes


These pancakes are my absolute favourite on a lazy day. So easy to make, and even easier to eat!



2 eggs
1 Bananas
1/4 cup oats
2 tsp chia seeds


  1. Heat a frying pan on medium heat while you prepare the mixture.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium size bowl
  3. Add eggs, oats, cinnamon and combine ( or you could put everything in a blender and make it that way)
  4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes each side and top with your favourite treats. I used  maple syrup, coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs, banana coins, raspberries and peanut butter here. Another favourite is lemon juice and stevia!
